The current commission rates are shown above. Due to the technicalities of
the way the tracking code works it is not possible for the system to break
down tracked sales into the different commission rates per product automatically.
This will be done by us manually on a regular basis. The tracking code is
set at the minimum value of 1% for the purpose of registering each referred
sale only (1% was the lowest setting the system allows and the figure it generates
is to be ignored). So, when you first view the transaction in your affiliate
control panel the actual payable commissions will not be correct until we
have adjusted them by hand to commission rates as outlined above.
We reserve the right to modify these rates if needed and will inform you via
e-mail before any changes take effect. In addition, we may sometimes offer
special incentives as 'limited-time' promotions or while stocks last, etc.
Commissions are payable on the subtotal of
the sale (shipping costs are excluded) and will be paid monthly to all affiliates
where the total of commissions due is £30.00 or greater. If the total
due has not reached the £30.00 threshold it will be carried over to
subsequent months until the threshold is reached. All payments will be made
in sterling via PayPal. Any bank charges incurred to convert payments to different
currencies shall be borne by the affiliate.
Affiliates must provide valid e-mail, website and address details to enable us to approve the account and payment of commissions.
Any income or other taxes incurred as a result
of commissions paid are the affiliate's own responsibility.
Credence reserves the right to approve or deny
affiliate applications by whatever criteria we decide. Our aim is to ensure
the program is carried out within parameters commensurate with our own image
and philosophy.
Here are some guidelines:
You must not make medical claims for books or products or any claims that
are misleading or unproven. Regulatory agencies react harshly to anything
that implies a 'cure' for any disease, especially cancer, and you must operate
within the laws of your country.
You must not give medical advice unless you are a registered doctor.
You must not use your affiliate link in any
communication that would constitute 'spam', please make sure that any email
offers you send comply with current laws regarding opt-ins etc. (this is also
a condition of our affiliate tracking company)
If we later find that our link, our name or other intellectual property is being used in a matter not congruent with the above, we have the right to suspend the affiliate account immediately.
Affiliates will not be paid a commission on
their own personal purchases.
The above comprises an agreement between Credence
and the affiliate and no other business relationship is to be implied. Either
party is free to terminate the arrangement at any time if they desire. If
an affiliate is in breach of one or more clauses of the agreement, lack of
action on our part regarding the breach shall not constitute our approval,
nor will it void the rest of the agreement. We will always deal fairly and
seek solutions that work for both parties.
This constitutes the entire agreement between
Credence and its affiliates unless other agreements have been entered into
in writing elsewhere. These terms and conditions may be modified and amended
at any time and affiliates will be notified of any changes.
No provision of this agreement shall limit the statutory rights of either
party.
