There are millions of people in the world today who think the same way you do on a number of issues. Whether it is the regulation of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements, fluoridation, vaccination, foot and mouth, B17, BSE, AIDS, Third World agendas, etc. Ordinary people want to make a difference and see things changed and lives saved. Which is all very admirable… but how exactly do you go about it? This is a question I am always being asked.
The first step, and indeed how I got into this line of work, is to get educated on the issues with properly researched and verified information. One of the best sites to obtain solid, reliably researched information is Dr Joseph Mercola’s web-site at www.mercola.com. Dr Mercola’s site is excellent for a whole spectrum of information on health issues and I do not hesitate to recommend every EClub subscriber log onto his site and register for free IMMEDIATELY.
Bad information produces all sorts of problems that have to be straightened out later. You’d be amazed at the twaddle for instance being bandied about on AIDS and cancer, which can all be very believable if we are having our ears tickled by a newspaper, until you research the actual front-line information that lends the lie to the public’s and often the doctor’s perception. Conspiracy-mongers too can muddy the waters. When I hear of a theory that is ‘out there’, I don’t immediately discard it. I simply request the data on it. If the data is properly referenced and forthcoming, then one can proceed to investigate its authenticity. If it is just hearsay, we can send it off to the National Enquirer for their input. J
But the main issues - certainly the ones we shall be addressing with the Campaign for Truth in Medicine - are well known and ready to be acted upon. The idea is to build an army of dissent, with the ranks swelling with those of like mind and determination of purpose – and then to act lawfully with that purpose.
